     This machine adopts once-through shanping technique,has high efficiency and excellent product quality.This set has such features as scientific and reasonable structure design,smooth and reliable running and easy operation and maintence.Polyethylene air-cushion film(also called polyethylene),which is devided into two kind:ordinary polyethylene air-cushion film and composite polyethylene air-cushion film, is a kind of packing material which has been widely used at present.It not only has good cushioning effect,shock resistence and transparency,etc. So it has been widely used for packing, househole wares,post parcel instrument bicycle,polyethylene funiture ,etc.

3.Can produce films with various bubble sizes from ? 6- ? 32, by changing the roller.

6.Strengthened chilling function with water and wind together, which greatly improved production efficiency. The strong chilling function makes the bubble more transparent and stereoscopic. The wind also dries out the film to make it ready for the next step processing.

Introduction:

          Bubble film is also called air cushion film, bubble film, bubble paper, etc. It is a kind of chemical product with high quality polyethylene resin, which is used for packing and filling. It is pressure-proof, moisture-proof and shock-proof. According to the raw materials, it can be divided into high-quality brand-new materials (bright color), recycled materials (recycled bubble film, etc.), because of impurities, the color is dark.
