1.   Front lead edge paper feeder unit

A.   Paper feeding accurately, high speed, 4rows wheels

2, Printing unit

 A.    Printing roller: 405mm (with printing plate), surface grinding and chrome plated, balancing and correcting. 360° electric phase adjustment in positive and negative, digital display adjustment, auto counting by infrared ray. Printing precision ±0.75mm. Transverse adjustment range ±7mm.  

 B.    Hanging type printing plate.

 C.    Printing lower pressing roller: outer diameter175mm, surface grinding and chrome plated, balancing and correcting. Printing pressing rollers gap adjustment by mechanical, range is 2~11mm.

 D.    Metal anilox roller outer diameter215mm, surface grinding of the steel tube, suppress overlapping curve, hard chrome plated. The LPI scope is 180~250 as per your need.

 E.     Rubber roller outer diameter195mm, surface wrapped with high quality wear-resisting rubber, medium high point ground of the rubber roller.

 

3,Slotting unit

A.    The above slotting shaft:175mm, after surface grinding treated with hard chromium. Above slotting knife holder405mm, has the paper grabbing function.

B.     Lower slotting shaft155mm, surface grinding and hard chromium plating. Lower slotting knife holder260mm, has the paper grabbing function.

C.     Slotting knife width 7mm, adjust scorers synchronously. Corner cutter can cut the edge width 50mm, mechanical adjustment of the knife holder transverse position.

 D.     Slotting knife holder gap adjusted by mechanism, range is 2~11mm.  360° electric phase adjustment in positive and negative, digital display control.

 E.      Adjust the carton height by manual in mechanism synchronously.

 

4, Rotary die-cutter unit

A.     Die-cutting roller diameter:357.4mm, anvil blanket roller diameter:388.9mm, surface grinding and hard chromium plating.

 B.     Computerized and electrical digital controlled of the die-cutting phase. Automatic separated from the cutter to protect the anvil blanket, and prolong the lifetime.

 C.     Equipped with mechanical cam moving device on the rubber roller, can move transversely 58mm, prolong the anvil blanket lifetime.

 D.     The transverse moving range of die-cutting roller is 15mm. The speed differential device can control and adjust the linear speed on the rubber shaft surface. Through it, the die-cutting effect of the cardboard box is same as the knife mould. The anvil repairing device improved the usage rate. Equipped slotting device on the die-cutting roller, adjust the carton height by manual synchronously, move knife manually.
