1).What is your payment term?

T/T 30% as deposit,the balance against the copy of B/L. 

Or 100% L/C at sight Or 30%deposit,70% L/C st sight.

2).What is your delivery time?

Delivery:15-20 days after we receive the deposit.

3).If the quality not meet my request, what can u do?

Refund all your money and compensate your additional loss.

4).Can you design and make as customers' request?

Yes, we will do as the detailed specification from the customers,

and professional recommendation will be offered to customers.
