Feature of mounts:

It isolates the vibration and shock of the machine from the floor ,it can also reduce the influences from other machines better parts finishes and high quality from vibration reduction ,it eliminates the noise transferred from the floor or due to the resonance of building .

Machines are stationary on the floor without anchors,it keeps the machine in its position ,therefore the installation cost and time can be greatly saved ,the layout can be easier changed to improve the productivity.Machines can set up on the second floor.

The machine tools level can be large range adjusted easily and fast .

Elastomers is make of Nitrile rubber compound,it can resist oil and refrigerant.

How to Install:

Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine.insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount,and screw it in until it reaches the bearing plate,then adjust the level of machine,finally tighten the nuts .
