1,How do I place an order in Wigor?
To place an order for customized items, you will need to offer your design file firstly. It's ok if you have no one, we can help you make a design with free charge according to your ideas.Then we would offer you a design mock up, the order is placed after your confirmation.
2,How do I pay for my orders in Wigor?
In general, our payment terms is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping. We can accept T/T, Western Union and Paypal for custom sample. But we do suggest you pay by Trade Assurance on alibaba. It's convenient like paypal for both of us and you are under protection by alibaba.
3,When can I received orders from Wigor?
Our lead time is 12 woring days for order quantity around 100 pieces. If you have rush orders, please negotiate with our salesman and we would try our best to arrange the production according to your requests.
4,How should I do if I feel dissatified after receiving my orders from Wigor?
Firstly, please contact our salesman and told us your ideas soon. If there is shortage of quantity or any other problems caused by us, we would pay back and offer you new one for free. However, it may exists a little deviation between 1 to 3 centimeters on hand sewing and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects either.

We use EPSON printing machines with original EPSON ink which all imported from Japan. The color is vivid and never fading. By the way, there is no damage towards human skin by full sublimation printing technic.
