B: Payment terms: T/T. 30% in advance after order confirmed, 70% in balance before
shipment.
C: Delivery time: To effect shipment within 7 days after the receipt of deposit.
D:Warranty time: 1 year. During the warranty time, any defective caused by product’s quality,
CHNHC has responsibility to offer free spare parts to customers freely and bear the
delivery cost for DHL or TNT Carrier.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory and all machines are produced at our own factory.
Q:Can I order special color which I like?
A: Yes, we can also produce machines with special color according to client's request.
Q: Can I order spray booth in any special size?
A: Yes,you can.
The size is customized.
Q: I don't know how to assemble your wood spray booth.
A: The complex installation is already finished before delivery, what you need to
do is finishing the simple procedures according to the installation instructions.
Q: When the product can be delivered?
A: Commonly the lead time will be within 7 working days after receiving 30% deposit by T/T.
Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 10 minutes
by car from Baiyun international Airport. We welcome customers from all over the world!
