This is the third generation of our company.It is a high-speed nail machine controlled by computer numerical control,producing 1500-2000 pieces of nail in one minute. It can produce 30-100mm nails with diameter of 2.2-4.1mm. Whole nails making Process of nail making machine

The whole process of nails production line: wire drawing --- nails making ---polishing --- nails packing 
The process is to draw the wire of big diameter into smaller size diameter firstly,then make the nails firstly by using nail making machine, then polish the nails by using polish machine to get the finished nails, at last, pack nails in carton or bags by hand. 
Fully-automatic pallet coil nail making machine is used for make all size of coil nails and coil roofing nails which widely used for pallet,roofing,construction,etc.
