A: Stock sample takes 1-3 business days. Customization sample takes 7-10 business, subject to your individual customizable requests. Bulk order takes 10-30 days , depending on your order quantity. Generally 500pcs takes 20 days.

A: Absolutely yes, all our aroma diffusers are CE,RoHS and UL certified. Copies can be sent on request.
5.Q: What warranty you can offer?
A: We offer 12 months warranty for our Aroma Diffuser, excluding to those damages under improper use or manmade mistake that not following the user guide attached.
User Care: Things you should avoid while using an aroma oil diffusing machine Though, the health benefits of using these oils are great and proven to be effective in alleviating side effects of medications, symptoms of mood disorder, stress and pain still using them excessively or in a wrong quantity may be harmful in many ways. Never let the diffusing machine remain on for long periods of time or for hours or the whole day. It would cause you to experience "olfactory fatigue" due to the persistent exposure to the smell. You may feel dizzy or insensitive to certain smell. Never start using a machine regularly right from the start. Try to start in intervals like for one day use it for 15 minutes only then for the next day use it twice in a day for 15 minutes each session. And then set your time and frequency as prescribed by your aromatherapy practitioner.
