 Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company ?

A:We are manufacturer with export permission. 

Q: What's the MOQ ?

A: Usually your MOQ required is around 500 pcs/design to reduce the production cost , however please contact us for a quotation on orders under 500 pcs to accommodate you.

Q: Can I Get samples ?
A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs and courier fee. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Q: What’s the delivery time of your products ?

A: Usually the delivery time is 15-20 days after confirming order and receipt of deposit. Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control ?

A: Quality is priority. Rohs, TUV, UL, CE or SGS Test Report or Certificate is required for all parts or materials’ suppliers, and certainly we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment, especially a SGS Test Report required for each batch of battery from approved supplier. Fixed ratio parts are available at buyer’s expense by our purchase prices. 

Q:What's your terms of payment ?
A:Normally 30% deposit by T/T in advance before mass production and 70% before shipment after inspection, also we accept L/C at sight.

Q:Can we use our own logo and design ?
A:Yes, you can, but your order quantity shall match up with our MOQ, we'll put you logo or design as you instruction . For logo file must be AI file.

Q:When can I get the price ?

A:We usually quote within 12 hours after getting inquiries. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or contact through Trade Manager to get prompt response.
