Workshop: King 9 had rent 2 floors(1st and 2nd floor) in this building showed in the picture, and I asked their rent contract, but the company owner is not there and they offer me then the rent certification from the building owner. Which tell us, they rent the 2 floors since 15/04,2004, and till 15/-4,2019.

Employees: 76 employees, and 11 in office, are all has college education, 65 in production (processing, assembly, packing), , and 90% has education of senior high school. There has 3 technique specialist (1 in office, and 2 in production) lead by Mr.Zeng. Who responsible for technique, repairing, limited TPM, and production management.

Mr.Wu are good at Mandarin and Japanese, beginner of English, responsible for marketing; Mr.Zhang are good at Madarin and English, and there has 1 more employee also good at English, Ms.Hu Fluent in German and English, Working time now for production, averagely 8-10 hours per day, 1 shift, 26 working days per month.

(Operator will be happy to get overtime, and they can get 1.5 times salary when over-work than normal working days.) Employee turnover less than 5% for machine area, and 5-10% for assembly and packaging area.

Metal pipe: Current sales is 100,000-150,000 m of all kinds pipe per month, design capacity are 8000*26 (8-10 hours per day)= 208,000 m for thickness less than 1 mm, bigger than 1mm, and black color or anti-static pipe;, Total 600000m per month.

Achievable, or believed capacity are:

Thickness less than 1mm, 6000 m per day, or 156000m per month;

Thickness big than 1mm, 3000-4000 m per day, or 78000-104000m per month;

Black color or anti-static pipe, 6000m/day, or 156000m per month.

Total capacity with all kinds of pipe, will be 80000-160000m per month. Which is 3-7 containers Future capacity with all required operator, Total capacity with all kinds of pipe will be 380000-420000 m per month, which is 15-18 containers.

Metal joint(without superficial treatment): Current sales is around 600000 pcs of all kinds joints per month, design capacity are 40000 pcs of 160 T machine, and 10000 pcs of other machine. Total theory capacity with full operator should like 220000 pcs per day.

Achievable, or believed capacity are: 160 t machine with 2 operators, and other machine with 5 operators; 160 t machine is achievable to 30000 pcs joint parts, and other machine is achievable to averagely 5000 pcs joint parts.

All kinds of Metal joint parts is believable to achieve 85000 pcs per day, or 2210000 pcs per month, which is 144 pallets

Future capacity with all required operators, Total capacity will be able to reach 140000 per day, or 3640000 pcs per month, which is 240 pallets.
