III. Structure and Working Principle
Structure: The machine is composed of frame, mixing device, transmission system and electrical control system.
The frame is the supporting part of the whole equipment, which is composed of channel steel welding. The stirring device consists of a post stirring cylinder, a stirring shaft and a stirring shovel. The stirring shovel is fixed on the stirring arm and is integrated with the stirring arm to form two groups of spiral band stirring shovels with the same spiral direction, lead and spiral angle. The gap between the stirring shovel and the inner wall of the stirring drum can be adjusted slightly.
The rotating mechanism is composed of a decelerating motor and a coupling. The arrow body limit device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. Electrical control system has the functions of starting, starting, stopping and timing.
Working Principle: The deceleration motor makes the stirring shaft not rotate in a certain direction through the coupling. The material is stirred by the front and back shovels on the stirring shaft. Because of the helical angle, the shovels work to make the material in the cylinder push from one side to the other side and from the other side to the original circular action, so that the material can be fully stirred, thus obtaining a better stirring effect.
When discharging, stop the machine and open the lock button to discharge the mixtures out of the cylinder.

Four, installation
After dismantling the box, check the deceleration motor, barrel, bearing seat and so on. If the rigid parts are loose or not, tighten them to support the flat concrete ground. When the mixer is moved, the rope lock is applied to the bracket. It can not be tied to the mixing shaft. The casters are installed under the base of the mixer and can be moved at will.

V. Operational Procedures
Before starting, check whether there is scratch between the rotating part and the barrel. If there is scratch, it should be adjusted in time.
Clean up the debris in the barrel.
Before starting, the cylinder should be limited to start.
The rotation direction of the stirring shaft shall be indicated by the end face marking of the cylinder.
The materials must be removed from metal and other debris.
Adjust the timing of the mixer according to the mixing time, and pay attention to the need to adjust when the power is cut off.
When the button is pressed, the spindle drives the mixing shovel to run.
Stop automatically after the set time is reached.
When discharging, stop the machine first, open the lock pin, move the handle to rotate the barrel to a fixed position, and then locate the spindle with the lock pin, so that the mixture is discharged out of the barrel.
After discharging the mixing material, the manual cylinder body is reset and the locking pin of the mixing cylinder is positioned.
The cleaning cylinder can pour water into the cylinder to rotate the spindle for washing, or can be cleaned with dry sand.

VI. Maintenance and Maintenance
The bearing parts are lubricated regularly according to the service conditions, and the gearbox lubrication refers to the instructions of other products.
Check the sealing condition of the machine regularly: Check the quality of the sealing gasket in time when the leakage is found.
Check the firmness of the shovel regularly, and tighten it in time if it is loose.
Check the electrical control system regularly for good contact and drying.
After long-term use of the mixer, the shovel and the mixing drum should be worn out, adjusted or replaced according to the wear situation.
Do not insert hands and rods into the cylinder during mixing to avoid danger.
