Q1:What's the printing cost ?
A:For all colors inks cost ,if you print on white medias ,printing cost just 0.8-1$/square meter,if you print the black or dark materials ,it costs 1.6-2$/square meter.
Q2:What materials need to use pre-coating?
A:Some medias need to spray pre-coating ,such as metal ,glass ,acrylic for make the color anti-scratch.
Q3:The lifetime of the printer?
A:Our printer can be worked more than 8 years ,we use heavy duty parts.
Q4:The inks last in storage?
A:Around 8-12 months.
Q5:How to adjust the height of print ?
A:Our uv printer has automatic checking & adjust system ,it will adjust height by itself.
Q6:What different about UV printer & DTG printer?
A:DTG printer is without led lamp ,UV printer comes with UV lamp ,so DTG printer uses textile inks for t shirt and garment printing ,UV printer uses uv inks for metal ,wood ,phone case ,acrylic ,glass ,plastic ect printing ,UV inks needs to use a UV lamp to curing.

A:we have one year warranty, all lifespan service, all the parts can replaced within one year except print head,and after one year,for parts just factory price for you， the price not only for printer, but also for support and service.
Q8:How can we start to use the printer ?
A:When you got the printer ,our engineer will service you at first ,They will tell you how to start and teach you use it one by one until you can use it by yourself
Q9:Where can I buy the spare parts and inks?
A:All spare parts and ink will be available from us during the whole lifespan of printer, or you can buy at local.
