Inktec original SubliNova Smart dye Sublimation ink is used for printers with DX4 and DX5 piezo printheads.
This subliation ink uses harmless environmentally-friendly dyes that is widely applied for direct printing onto fabrics by larger format sublimation printers, and also can be using the traditional method working together with heat transfer paper and imprint image by heat press machine. It is imprinting images that are vibrant & intense in colour with a strong outdoor durability. For smooth ink flow without head clogging, because the particle size of dispersive dyes smaller under 100nm (0.1um) and use the high-class dyes to keep their colour shade in harsh conditions. Application:

The difference between Korean sublimation ink and domestic ink:

1. Color: the imported thermal sublimation ink is more colorful and realistic than the domestic ink.In particular, black ink, the transfer effect is to be a bit gray or reddish, not as bright as imported ink.

2. Fluency: most of the domestic ink is easy to plug, because the heat sublimation ink particles are larger and can block the nozzle easily.

3. Resolution: if use the same types of printers, respectively, with domestic and imported ink to print the same pattern, put two figure transfer printing on the glass together, you'll find that domestic transfer printing ink pattern is not very clear, bright, color transition is not so clear.
