Lubricant parts.
First block use rotation die box, it can reduce the harmful of not full roundness wire rod, save dies and lubricant power. Other use normal type drawing box on Dry wire drawing machine.
Variable frequency motor.
Frequency conversion motors are manufactured with high polymer insulating materials, vacuum pressure impregnating paint and special insulation structure, which greatly improves the insulation voltage resistance and mechanical strength of electrical windings. Forced ventilation and heat dissipation system ensures effective heat dissipation of motors at any speed, and can realize long-term operation at high or low speed.
