working principle

Pressure-type sandblasting system is the water, abrasive storage in the sand tank, compressed air through the air regulator and the total control of the ball into the sand tank, so that the formation of pressure inside the closed sand tank. Open the control of the gun switch, water, abrasive, compressed air through the bottom of the flange after mixing into the sand pipe, and then sprayed from the nozzle high-speed, fired processing surface.

Adjust the amount of sand control valve can change the size of sand.
After the abrasive is used up, close the control of the gun switch, turn off the gas control valve, open the sand tank on the exhaust ball valve, the tank of compressed air exhausted, from the new water, plus abrasive recycling.
