Skywin Commercial Wafer Biscuit Baking Tunnel Oven Equipment Production Line
This is very important equipment in the wafer production line.
The wafer baking system uses LPG or LNG for heating of the baking plates.
The function of the baking oven is fully automatic from spreading batter on the plates through until baked wafer sheets come out of the oven.
Baking is even and produces good quality wafer sheets for next procedure.
In PLC there is PID controller which is used for controlling the temperature of the baking plates automatically .
The collection of required signal of PID is supplied by infrared sensor .
The oven status display and the data reset are supplied by a touch screen, all motor have the starting current protection and thermal overload protection.
1. There are two types of tunnel oven (electric and gas). |
2. Main body made by 304# stainless steel. high efficiency and energy saving to ensure the biscuit's technology. |
3. The length of the oven determine the biscuit capacity. (Capacity from 80-240kg/hr) |

Our regular packaging is multilayer packing, safe transport, shipping by sea:
Step 1: Mechanical surface coated with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel).
Step 2: The plastic cushion packing machine (prevent bump).
Step 3: Plastic film packaging (to prevent ventilation).
Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).
Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
