BioPVC®
BioPVC® is a 100% Oxo biodegradable PVC, it could biodegrade in a landfill condition without creating methane gas even in an oxygen-free environment, which the degradation resulting from oxidative cleavage of macromolecules followed by biodegradation.

BioPVC® is now registered in Europe as a trade mark. As one of the premier card maker in China with annually over 150 million cards produced and distributed into more than 50 countries, Nexqo is committed to the development and promotion of environmentally PVC material.
PVC + dessicant + a metal salt as active substance (additive).
Remark: the metal salt is legal and not heavy metal, in fact necessary as trace-element in human diet.
BioPVC® has been tested by ASTM D3826 and ASTM D5208-1 of American Society of Testing and Materials and well verified by Gema Polimer’ lab at Istanbul, and is now being widely applied to variety of PVC cards. The biodegrading aspect will not affect the function of the cards.
BioPaper Card™
Biopaper™ card is a woodless paper card performs just like PVC. Newly promoted by Nexqo, Biopaper™ is made from naturally occurring resource.

More Eco-friendly than traditional paper
Compared with traditional paper making process, production of Biopaper™ does not produce waste water, waste gas or waste residue, and the product can be degraded naturally, which is a pollution-free environmentally eco-friendly paper material.
With an annual output of 120,000 tons of Biopaper™, it can save 24 million liters of fresh water per year compared to traditional paper making; also, it can save 2.4 million trees each year, which is equivalent to 50,000 acres of tree planting.
Performs just like PVC
Biopaper™, being a woodless paper made with calcium carbonate, but performs just like PVC, is getting rapidly popular in making hotel key card, membership card, access control card, metro card, playing card, etc.
It’s waterproof and tear-resistant, has a longer lifetime than a regular PVC card.
Biopaper™ has passed international certificates such as ASTM F963-17, BPA, Phthalates 9P.

On clear cards, it is very hard to match colors exactly. For best results, please provide a match sample or specify Pantone
colors. We will do our best to match your colors as closely as possible. Color matching on clear cards is around 80%-90% with Pantone colors. It is impossible for any printer to match colors on clear cards 100%.
