Construction Method

1. Base treatment: the surface of the base should be smooth, solid and clean without sharp corners, floating dust, oil and water.

2. Method of mixing: the method of mixing mortar is to first pour the liquid material into the mixing barrel, and slowly add the powder material into the mixing barrel under the continuous stirring of the agitator, stirring for at least 5 minutes, thoroughly stirring evenly, showing slurry without clumps.

3. details of additional layer processing: according to the design requirements in the left groove filled with sealing materials, in the Yin and Yang Angle, pipeline should be multi-channel coating.

4. Construction of a large area of waterproof layer: first wet and saturate the base layer without clear water, and then paint the waterproof coating for three times with an interval of 2 hours.

5. The last coating shall be completely dried for about 24 hours. The thickness of each coating shall be 0.4mm-0.6mm.

Storage Transport
