There is one year warranty for our mirror photo booth. We will be responsible for the damages that is caused because of the quality of our products.

l Customization Service

At present our classic sizes are 55 inch and 65 inch, and it's the most mainstream sizes. But now we can provide custom sizes, we will meet you as much as possible. And now we are developing a complete set of equipment and a new generation of products. If you have any needs, please contact us.

l Animation&Template

As a company integrated R&D and produce, we can design the animations and templates for mirror photo booth. And now we are going to set an animation library.

l After-sale Service

We can provide online after-sale service. If there is problem of the product, there will be professional staff to solve your problem

Q1: Is there the full set that ready to use?
A1: There is the full set in oversea warehouse and it includes the basic package, camera, printer, papers and mini PC. If you prefer the full set, please contact us.

Q2: Is there any other style of mirror photo booth in stock?

A2: Yes. The RCM238 mirror photo booth is in stockl while not many.

Q3: What is the delivery time?
A3: The delivery time for booth in warehouses will be 3-10 work days, if it is in stock.

Q4: Where are your oversea warehouses?
A4: There are three warehouses in USA, one warehouse in Poland and one warehosue in Canada. It support our customers to pick it up
by themselves while the booth cannot be showed when it is packed completely.

Q5: Whether to accept prepayment and is there a discount?

A5: 30% prepayment is acceptable and there is no discount when there is no promotion.

Q6: What will you do if there is damage because of the quality of the booth?

A6: When it is damage or problem of the booth, it is better to contact with the sales firstly and record the pictures and videos. As soon as we figure out it is caused by the quality of the products, we will resend you the new part or bear reasonable repair costs.
