1. Can we customized the product?
Answer: Yes, all of our products can be customized.
2. What’s the minimum height required?
Answer: The minimum height is 5 meters and the maximum height is no higher than 10 meters.
3. What’s the age limit for products?
Answer: Different products have different age limits, for example FEC is suitable for people of all age groups. Adventure Park and Trampoline Park are suitable for kids age above 7 years old. As for indoor soft playground, the kids under the age of 7 will enjoy it more.
4. What’s the price?
Answer: The price will be quoted according to the design and production requirements.
5. Is the price include customs clearance, transportation and installation?
Answer: Normally our price term is FOB. Customs clearance and transportation will be handled by clients themselves. But the installation service price can be included in the quotation.
6. What’s the payment method.
Answer: T/T and L/C(MOQ $50,000 USD) are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
7. Can you provide contact information and address of your cooperated clients?
Answer: Please tell us your location so that we can help you to contact our clients and ask for their approval.
8. What’s the difference in material between you and your competitor?

9. Can you send samples before placing the order?
Answer: Yes. Please contact us for detail issues.
10. What’s the delivery time?
Answer: Average delivery time is 25-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on the size and quantity of design, also the complexity of production requirement. Payment date is another important factor influencing delivery time, because our company arrange production time according to the capacity schedule. The earlier you paid the earlier we can arrange the order.
11. How many products can fit into one container?
Answer: It depends on what kind of product you choose. One 20ft container has 28CBM volume, one 40ft container has 68CBM volume. According to our experience approximately 300 square meters trampoline park can fit into one 40ft container.
12. How long does the shipping takes?
Answer: It depends on the destination port. The average time from Ningbo Port,China to other major locations are as follows.

13. Do you provide installation instructions?
Answer: Yes. Detailed 3D and 2D drawings with numbers will be provided.
14. How many engineers can you send to assist the installation? What’s the cost?
Answer: Usually we will send 1 or 2 engineers to assist the installation. The price consists of two parts, one is a round-trip ticket, and the other is wages. Clients also need to provide accommodation and other cooperation of work.
15. How long does it take to finish the installation?
Answer: With good cooperation from clients , our engineers normally can complete 30 square meters of installation per day. Which means a 2000 square meter park takes around 30 days to finish the installation.
16. How many workers do you need to assist the installation? What types of workers are needed?
Answer: Usually we recommend our clients to hire 5-6 workers to assist our engineers with the installation. One welder and one woodworker will be preferably needed.
17. What tools do we need to prepare?
Answer: Detailed tools list will be sent to you.
