Q2:Could u design or OEM for us?
Yes, we have professional design & technic team with rich experience in development, we also have our new material of
yarn,can use it into your socks,if u need.We can create more crazy creative together.
We can aslo OEM for u if u need.
Q3: Do you offer free samples?
We can provide free samples to u which our own instock designs,but the freight fee u need pay by yourself. If u want to custom samples,the custom samples fee according to your requires,we can produce them within 7-15days.
Q4: How about your company's quality control?
We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the beginning to the end, such as checking the
materail, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, checking the packing, ect.
We also accept a third-party company designated by you to fully check your orders.
Q5: What is your payment terms&lead time?
We can accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Credit Card, MoneyGram,Cash etc. If u want to custom goods,
30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of L/C at sight. And we can also use Alibaba trade assurance order,it will guarantee all of your payment.
