The liquid crystal ink is a kind of heat-sensitive ink, and the main component is a water-soluble resin, a liquid crystal capsule, an auxiliary binder, an antifoaming agent, and is prepared by dispersing liquid crystal and auxiliary agent enclosed in the microcapsule in a connecting material. 

 

The liquid crystal ink does not form a color image with a pigment. It is a change in the direction of the ordered molecules caused by the temperature sensitivity of the liquid crystal in the ink layer, thereby selectively reflecting visible light of a specific wavelength and absorbing optical properties of light of other wavelengths. A special ink that exhibits a change in color.

 

Product Features

 

1. This product is water based ink. Please coat the surface with a black basecoat or backing. The Liquid Crystal shows the best effect on a dark backing.
2. Particle size: 3-20 um.
3. Hydrogen ion concentration 6.5-7.0 is neutral and safe to use.
4. Should be stored in a refrigerator, but MUST NOT BE FROZEN. And should be allowed to warm up to room temperature (20-30°C) before use.
5.shelf life: at least 6 month.

 

Product Usage

 

1. Can be applied to metal, can be used as badges, key rings, thermometers, medals, rings, artificial gems and other popular jewelry.
2. Can be printed or smeared on paper or plastic sheet as a sticker.
