1. What’s your MOQ?
Generally,it is 500 pcs,but it depends on your exact demand.
2. What’s you payment term?
We accept the below payment terms:
A.30% deposit TT before mass production, 70% balance TT before shipping
B.L/C at sight for large order
C. PayPal for sample fee or less than US$300.
3. What’s your sample fee and sample time?
A. The sample fee depends on different type products and your requirements.
B. The sample time is usually 7 days.
4. What’s your lead time for mass production?
A. If handmade paper cargoes without electronic, it is about 20-25 days.
B. If music items with electronic module, it is about 30-35 days.
Of course, we can adjust the production plan according to your requirements.
5. How to control your quality?
Our factory has passed ISO accreditation and all quality of raw material and production process are controlled by ISO system. All finished products need to be checked at least 3 times like IQC, PQC, PQA.
6. What kind of files are acceptable for printing and sound or music?
Printing: AI and PDF for designs, if pictures, 300dpi at least.
Sound or music song: MP3, WAV format is available.
7. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory over 6000 square and 12 year experience. We have own printing machine, laser cut machine, die cut and foil machine etc. and five production lines etc. and can finish the whole goods from printing to packing in our warehouse. So we have price advantage and rapid lead time for samples and mass production.
