Machine crossbeam

It is designed and manufactured with the latest aluminum alloy casting process, several circles on one side is for reduce the X-beam weight. Adding reinforcing rib inside, to make sure good rigidity, no deformation.  

 Laser source

The single module CW Fiber Lasers product is completely researched,developed and produced by Raycus independently. Raycus has an efficient and professional R&D and production team. The single module CW fiber laser series not only can  meet diversified demands of customers to the greatest extent,but also provide personal customization service. Now laser output connector is QBH,with multiple control modes. Its good compatibility has been widely recognized by the market. The product has been well sold domestically and abroad.

Professional CNC controller

Cypcut CNC controller is the most widely used and the most sophisticated controller. It is high speed response , mainly used in high-level laser cutting machine. its processing technology and the powerful graphics editing features are very reliable and practical, easy to operate, easy to learn . 

Auto height controller

we offer BCS100 auto focus system, it is a servo based cap sensor for fiber laser cutting machine.BCS100 capacitance height controller (hereinafter referred to as BCS100) is a high-performance control device which use closed-loop control method. BCS100 also provides a unique Ethernet communication (TCP / IP protocol) interface, it can easily achieve many functions with CypCut software, such as automatic tracking of height, segmented piercing, progressive piercing, edge seek, leapfrog, arbitrary setting of lift-up height of cutting head.Its response rate is also improved greatly.

Other Parts

For relays, valve, cables, Water chiller, cold and dry machine…etc. we always choose mature brand product on market. We don’t want to get any discount on machine quality because of such small items on machine.

We never use copy motion parts on our machine.The long-term stability of our machine has proved that in past years.Even a limit switch, we would choose original brand.

Laser Head

RayTools automatic focusing fiber laser cutting head BM111 use for 1000W-3000W fiber laser.BM111 series are auto focusing cutting head, which are released by Switzerland RAYTOOLS AG in 2017. The product has built-in motor drive unit through the linear driver and the focusing lens can automatically change the position in the range of 22mm. The user can set the focus continuously through the program to complete the rapid perpiercing of thick sheets or other different thickness and material sheets. The product can be equipped with D30 lens group to integrate the light beam.The optimization of optical design and the design of water-cooled allows laser heads stably and chronically to work at high power lasers.

From 4kw to 6kw, we suggest BM114 or Procutter of Precitec.

Hans’ water chiller

The chiller is a key part for laser power. With a cheap chiller, you will get a lot alarms in Summer. So we always use Hans chiller, most professional laser chiller in China.

Servo, Gearbox, gear rack and linear rail

We can never use copy motion parts on our machine.

The long-term stability of our machine will prove it to you.

Our bottom line is to be an honest manufacturer.

For example, same Shimpo gearbox has different precision level; we use 3arc/min level model, not 5 or 10arc/min level which is just 1/3 of 3 arc/min gearbox price.

Even worse some factories choose French reducer , it’s just a China factory put on a foreign name, same as Copy of Neugart gearbox, over 90% of this Germany brand is copy on market.

Some cheap machines equip with Schneider, Fuji such servos with a foreign brand, but actually made by third-party factories in China.

Even a limit switch, we would choose original brand.

Pre-service

1. Free sample cutting,

For free sample cutting/testing, please send us your CAD file, we will do cutting here and make video to show you the cutting ,or send sample to you check cutting quality.

 2. Customized machine design

According to customer’s application, we may revise our machine accordingly for customer’s convenience and high production efficiency.

Service after sales

A. Machine will be supplied with training video and user's manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone, skype…. for fast solution. 

B. Customer may come to our factory for training. We will offer training of installation, operation, machine trouble-shooting, and maintenance.

C. We offer technician to customer site for installation and training, customer covers travel cost and local living cost.

Warranty

Complete machine:  Two years warranty.

Free Warranty Service:  We will send replacement parts on our cost first, keep customer's machine running is top concern.

If machine needs onsite service for quality issue, we send technician to anywhere on our cost. You may inquire any of our old international customers for reference!

Product's real warranty relies on the original parts manufacturer, not the machine manufacturer.  We can NOT offer warranty that we are unable to fulfil it.  We don’t play for one-time business.

Many China factories offer cheap price and 2 or 3 years warranty, but during warranty period, you can really get free replacement and onsite service?

Or they tell you need to pay expensive international express, and stop your machine, wait long time for return damaged parts to repair and replacement? 

Or they're busy; currently have no technician to your site for old machine service?
