Specification

▀ This hydraulic three roller rolling machine is wildly used in metalworking industry, to make metal plate into cylinder-shaped, arc shaped, etc, advanced technology from Japan.

▀ The upper roller can moves vertically, moves horizontally, both of the movements displayed digitally.

▀ This machine also has function of pre-bending.

▀ The pre-bending processing by adjusting the upper roller, the lower roller relative to the asymmetric position to achieve.

▀ The two lower roller moves driven by electrical motor and reducer, which can make products with high precision.

▀ The height of the lower roller remain unchanged, so it is easy to operated with.

▀ Straight of unrolled material less than 2.5 times thickness of metal plate material.

▀ Accuracy, circular degree, straightness accuracy, unfitness of end face all no more than 3mm/M.

Main structure

The rolling machine mainly made up of machine body, hydraulic system and control system.

► Machine body

The machine body made up of upper roller device, lower roller and horizontal drive device, roller device, over turn device, balance device, lubrication device, right machine frame and left machine frame, and the foundation.

► The upper roller device
The upper roller device made up of upper roller, main oil-cylinder, bearing seat for upper roller, and double row self-aligning bearings. The two oil-cylinder provide pressure for operating, and the working pressure is 20Mpa. Upper roller's raw material is 42CrMo, hear treatment meet HB220-280. 

►The lower roller and horizontal drive device

The lower roller's raw material is alloy steel, with hear treatment

HB 220-280. The lower roller device made up of lower roller, lower roller bearing seat, the roller type gear, sliding bearing. The lower roller bearing made up of oil activity bearing, etc.

The roller device made up of roller bearing, roller, roller bearing seat, roller upper and down device, adjustment according to the metal plate.

Roller's raw material is 45# forging steel, with treatment HB217-240. Also, there is a spiral on the roller, it can protect the upper and lower roller.

► Main conveyor device

Main conveyor device made up of electrical motor, reducer, output gear, etc. The main conveyor can perform positive & negative move.

► The overturned device
The overturned device made up of ram, bearing seat, overturned oil-cylinder. ( make it possible to take the finished products out).

The balance device made up of special counterweight, screw.

►The hydraulic system
The hydraulic system made up of Y series motor, gear pump, mainfold block, group valve, fuel tank device, etc. The hydraulic system's max. Working pressure is 20Mpa, testing pressure in 24Mpa, the hydraulic system working pressure is 0-19Mpa, usually 15Mpa.The hydraulic conveyor system can be more effective to prevent misoperation and overload.

►The electrical control system

The electrical control system made up of control box, control panel, and hand-hold button. The power motor is 380V, 50Hz, the main switch can prevent short circuit and overload. The positive & negative moving controlled by a.c. contactor, with long service life.
