Q: What is your sample policy?
A: 1. Paid samples are available as per as requirement and specifications. sample fee can be refunded if order amount more than USD 5,000.
     2. Sample will be sent to you by express with freight collect within 3 business days, so please inform us your own courier account no. when you require a sample.

Q: What is minimum order quantity?
A: Please contact us and we will check for you accordingly.
    MOA less than USD 10,000, buyer should afford USD300 for LCL handling charge.

Q: Are your straws made for hot beverage?
A: Rainbowbear straws are made for only chilled drinks. Using them in hot beverage is the one situation where our paper straws disintegrate faster. Hot beverage decrease the longevity of our straws.

Q: How long do they hold up in liquids? 
A: Rainbowbear paper straws uses an average of 33% more material than other supplier and are specifically made not to disintegrate or get soggy and fall apart. In most cases with normal use, our paper straws will last for 2-3 hours. They are specifically made to hold up for hours under normal use and not disintegrate.
