 A: We are trading agent of our factory, and our production line covers all standards and non standards/special fasteners(sheet metal fasteners/ rivet nuts/ rivet studs/others) as per your requirement.

2. Where is your factory and how can I visit it?

 A: Our factory located in Shenzhen, China, please contact us freely before your visiting, we will arrange it for you based on your itinerary.

3. How long can I get some fasteners samples for checking and how much is it?

 A: For the samples which available in stock, we can send it to you for free immediately. If make new samples as per your specification, it takes around 3 working days.

The price of made to print samples will depends on the requirement of material, surface treatment, dimension, etc. Samples cost will be refunded when order quantity reaches to a certain amount.

4. How is the warranty of the fasteners quality control?

 A: Our fasteners must 100% pass salt spray test and 100% tested by auto filler machine before packaging.
