1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is based on what kinds of items you select. Normally, for the big item, the MOQ is 3000-5000pcs, for the small items, the MOQ is 5000-10000pcs.But if you are interested in some items, please do send us an inquiry and the quantity we can discuss further.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure, we can give you the samples for free but you need to pay the freight.
3. How long is the delivery time?
It depends on what kinds of items you select. Normally, the delivery time is about 25-35days for machine pressed products, and blown glass of that is at least 35 days once confirm order and all the packing details. If we have stock, can ship within 3 days once confirm order.
4. Is it ok if I want my own design?
Yes, we have our own designer, can design based on your requirement.
5. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L.
