Answer: We are manufacturer with our own factory.
2) Question: Do you accept OEM/ODM order?
Answer: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM order, free packaging design and 3D drawing.
3) Question: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Answer: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
4) Question: What is your sales-service for the order?
Answer: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
5) Question: What is MOQ for your items?
Answer: Smaller quantity, some items 1 piece is ok.
6) Question: How much is the sample cost?
Answer: Usually smaller sample is free, but you should pay for the delivery cost.
