A1:Our original item is 30 pcs/design/color,gemstone design is 50pcs/design.
Q2:Where are you located?Do you have a shop somewhere I can visit?
A2:We are based in Panyu of Guangzhou,China.Warmly welcome to our factory.
Q3:Can I get your samples for checking quality?
A3:Yes, once we got the samples cost and freight,the samples will be sent out within 2 days if the models have stock,if need make new mould will spend more times.
Q4:Can I make the products with my design with our Logo?
A4:Yes, we supply customized service,OEM/ODM are welcomed.We have a professional design team,can make any items if get the pictures.
Q5:How do I place an order?
A5: Send us an inquiry about the list of the jewelry you want to order. We will process an proforma invoice for your confirmation.
A6:We accept payment via Paypal(smaller amount) and T/T bank transfer.
30%deposit by T/T, Paypal. After that, we will arrange the production for you. Balance payment before delivery.
Q7:How long the delivery time?
Normally,the production date about 25-30days after we got the deposit.
