Introduction For Our Automatic Crystallization Method Sodium Metasilicate Pentahydrate Production Line
Our sodium metasilicate pentahydrate production line can produce final products without hot ait drying and small investment.
1.) First ,dissolve the solid sodium silicate into liquid, put it into the adjusting tank, add the mother liquor, and then adjust the sodium silicate's modulus and add the caustic soda, and react with each other.
2. Put the prepared sodium metasilicate solution into the crystallizer tank and quickly cool it.
3. In the cooling and crystallization section, add crystallization seeds.
4. When the temperature drops to near room temperature, the material can be discharged. The suspension containing crystals will be separated and packed for storage.
