      Q3:    How long is your delivery time?

          A: Generally 7-10 working days, it is according to the quantity.

    Q4:    Can you do custom order?

             A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM orders. You can tell us directly about your requests; we'll provide our professional advice to you. For designing, we do need an original file which we can move or make adjustments on any part of the design, such as PDF, AI, CDR.

     Q5:    Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?

            A: Yes. Within 2 days for stock samples only need to bear the freight. 5-7 days for customized sample, sample fee is USD$80-$100, can refund after order amount over $1500.

    Q6:    What are your terms of payment?

          A: 30% T/T,PayPal,Alibaba trade assurance in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
