This machine is used to packing the granule product by counting. This machine is made of two parts, one is for feeding and counting part, the other part is for the filling and bag forming part.
Machine application:
This machine can be used to pack snacks, screws, small spare parts, candy, flower tea and so on product, which need to count and pack in one bag.
Machine feature:
1. The machine feeder is a spiral vibration hopper with Photoelectric eye, which is make the raw material list one by one, the photoelectric eye will count the raw material and it will enter the next work station.
2. The filling and bag forming part can decide the final bag sealing type, it can do three-side sealing effect or back-center sealing effect.
3. One machine can make the same width bag, but the bag length can be adjust so that to suitable for different volume product.
