Process Flow
There are four chambers, two combustors for friendly environment in waste incinerator. There will be no smoke, no smell, no pollution after be burning.
it was devided into :primary combustion chamber,second combustion chamber,mixture of combustion chamber ,smoke purification chamber and chimney.
- Garbage waste enters the combustion chamber and is fully oxidized and burned to generate flue gas.
- Then the gas will enter second combustion room,burning at high temperatures to completely burn harmful gases
- By subsequent equipment to remove harmful substances such as dust and acid gases
- Finally,the exhausted gas will be no smoke,no smell,no pollution.
Advantage
(1) It is easier to operate than other manufacturers' incinerators.There is an air blower inside of burner. It is for protection burner. And the air blower is automatic. no need to operate it. When you close the burner, the air blower will be stop automatically at a certain time.
