1.Q:What's your MOQ of the 16 inch kids bike for 4-7 years girl?

   A:For LCL order ,our MOQ is 50 pieces each model, and we accept max 2 colors mixed.

      For FCL container order, we accept mixed 3-5 models and colors in a 20ft container.

 

2.Q:What are your payment terms?

   A:T/T 30 % prepanyment,70% have to be sent to us before loading or against copy of BL by email or L/C is negotiable.

 

3.Q:What are your delivery time?

   A:Generally it is about 35-40 days from a MOQ to a 40HQ quantity.The specific time is according to your quantity.

 

4.Q:How about the sample terms?

    A:1)Yes, We support clients to check our bicycle quality before a order  confirmed.

        2)We accept max 10 pieces for a sample order.

        3)Prices will be same as MOQ,but clients also need to bear the express shipping cost as well $30 bank charge.

        4)All charge should be full paid thru T/T or West Union.

        5)Sample will be delivered from factory within 7-10 days after full payment arrive at our account.

 

5.Q:Do you accept OEM service?

   A:Yes,we could provide the products as per to the specification,color combinaton a from the customer,and could use customer's logo on the bike as well as the package.

 

6.Q:Can i change the bike's parts and get a new price?

   A:Yes,just give us your details about your favorite,we'll check new price for you ASAP.

 

7.Q:How about the warranty?What parts are covered?

 

    A:Yes,we offer 1 year warranty for the frame &handlebar,not include the Artificial damage.
