  a. ob or regular bar(one pc in a polybag, then put in paper tube or carton,finally in wooden case)

  b. machine bar(one pc in a polybag, then put in carton,finally in wooden case)

  c. plate, dumbbell(one pc in a polybag, then less than 20kg in a carton, fianlly less than 1ton in a wooden case)

2. delivery

   If you order less than 100 sets, it will be about 7-30 days after order confirmation.

   If your order is large, it will be about 30-60 days after order confirmation.
