Product Description
Applications:
It's mainly applied to extract sample from tank or pipeline. It also can be assembled at the bottom of the tankor popeline to drain away the remains.
The aseptic sampling valve is deaigned for sterilization before and after each sampling. It's applied to beer, milk, beverage, fruit juice and pharmacy industries etc.
Operating Principles:
Open: Sampling, The manual valve is opened by rotating the handle or by activating the lever. The stem and the membrane are then retracted, allowing liquid to pass.
Close: Sterilizing, The built in spring closes the valve and keeps the channel open between the hoses though reverse process in order to sterilize. If using by steam, a small pressure relief valve on the outlet is recommended.
Design Features:
Standard design: The aseptic sampling valve consists of three parts, a valve body, a handle and a membrane. The rubber membrane is placed on the stem of hte valve and works as a wtretchable plug.
