A:Our factory is located at Sanxiang Town, zhongshan city,Guangdong,China.It’s very close to Macao.

A: As we have many tripods, it is really hard to send the price list with all products for you. Please kindly inform us the styles you are interested, we will offer the price list for your reference.

A: 100% inspection during production. Our products are produced according to RoHs/CE/FDA Standard.

A: For products in stock, we can ship within 7 days after received your payment. For custom order, production time need about 15 days after confirmed every details and 30% deposit.

7. Q: How to place an order?

A: First, we need to know all the details about the tripod you want, such as the size, quantity and material etc. Then we will confirm the price and all details with you and offer the sample if you need. After confirm all details, will start the mass production after getting your 30% deposit.

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment, so if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can 
exchange the items in one week and you must contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your purchase
2. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customers should be responsible for all the 
charges of returning and reshipping.
3. All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. Men made defects are 
not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.

We can accept T/T and Paypal payment. For sample orders and small orders, we accept Paypal payment. Payment terms: Full payment paid upon order confirmation and before the shipment. For wholesale orders, we accept T/T payment. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before the shipment.
