Ventilation system

All the greenhouses covered by film should be opened to ventilate on the two sids and two ends. the film is rolled up and down by a small hand roller.

Cooling system

The cooling system is composed of fan and cooling pad, which can maintain the temperature in the greenhouse at 26-30℃ in summer.

Drip irrigation system

For greenhouse crop cultivation,can reduce pests and diseases,saving fertilizer and pesticides,improve economic efficiency.

Control system

Greenhouse control system is generally composed of control cabinet, sensors and circuits, which can be realized semi automatic control. You can also use the computer to intelligently control the greenhouse systems through installing networking.

Fog spray system

Features: 1.extensive spray diameter range and flow range; 2.suitable for greenhouse cooling and heating; 3.the connection includes a variety of anti-drip,buckle,barbs and other ways; 4.easy to assemble and repair; 5.can be installed to the ground distance of about 1.8M height.

Impulse sprinkler system

Features: 1.used in spraying irrigation,sprinkler dust,road washing,sports field and other fields; 2.the main materials are cast aluminum,copper,stainless steel,polyethylene. Corrosion resistance with long practical life; 3.good flexible and rotation angle adjustment,high elevation angle.

Heating system

Heating system has two types, one type is using the boiler to provide heat, and another uses of electric. Boiler fuel can choose coal, oil, gas and bio fuels. Boilers need laying of pipelines and water warming blower to heat. If use electricity, you need electric warm air blower to heat.

Micro sprinkler irrigation system

Features: 1.can increase the soil moisture,solve the irrigation problem,and also to achieve the summer cooling,heating in the winter,play a role in local regulation of microclimate; 2.widely used,suitable for delicate crops and the need for frequent water supply mechanism; 3.installation in a variety ways,can be suspended or with irrigation equipment,inserted to land.

Packing

The normal package is tube nude cargo,accessories is carton package. we will pack it according to customers special request.
1. All the steel material is nude packing.
2. motor and electric machines are put in carton.
3. small steel parts are put in bags.
4. Glass is put in iron frame.
5. All the materials are put in containers.

Time:According to the current production line and the greenhouse area arrangement, the normal 800-2000 sqm. greenhouse production time is 30 working days.(Please consult us for the specific time)

 According to your greenhouse size and system, the delivery time is usually 30-35 days.
