Important Steps in Production Process for Good Quality

-- The step 03: Steaming raw material in the hot steam machine,  band rate of sticks can keep below 5mm. And sticks will be never rebound again. (There just are few factories have this step in China.)


--The step 04: Using the long press machine to make the wood stick straight well after sreaming. 

Our QC will check the quality for 3 times: after step 04, step 06 and step 10. So don't worry about our quality.

Packing & Delivery

Packing of Wooden Mop Sticks:

1)25pcs/48pcs/50pcs/60pcs/bundle by woven bag
2)25pcs/30pcs/bale/transparent shrink packing
3)12pcs/bale,4 bales to be 1 bundle to pack in woven bag;
4)or as customer's request.
Packing of Mop:
Normally 1pcs per pp bag, 50pcs per carton.
