We are a global supplier of sustainable materials, i.e. bio-compounds (for injection/extrusion molding), sheets (for compression molding/thermoforming) and parts molded with our material. In summary, we have three categories of materials (suitable for automotive, medical/personal care, house- and kitchenware, packaging, toys/sports/outdoor, gardening/agricultural and construction):
1. Durable bamboo fiber/rice husk composites material with base polymer being either PP or PE – Spectadur Grades
Our standard grades are either PP or PE based; we offer grades with high stiffness, high impact and good balance of impact/stiffness/flow. Please find product catalogue attached.

2. 100% Bio-degradable bamboo fiber/rice husk composites material – Spectabio Grades
Our 100% bio-degradable grades are either fossil or bio-based. All Spectabio grades are 100% bio-degradable/compostable according to ISO, ASTM and EN regulations. We have a wide range of grades, from fast degrading to very slow degrading; from high-stiffness to very elastic properties. Please find product catalogue attached.

3. 100% Bio-degradable bio-polymer - Spectacom Grades
Spectacom grades are 100% bio-degradable, standard or customized bio-polymers. Our strength is the customization of basic virgin bio-polymers. Bio-based, bio-degradable, compostable, you name it. Customized Spectacom grades will have tailored properties at low costs: from fast to slow degrading, from high-stiffness to very elastic properties.

All compounds, sheets and parts can be delivered in different colors, we are able to do color & harmony matching. All Spectadur materials are food grade safe (acc. European REACH, German LFGB, US FDA, ...), ROHS compliant, etc. Alternatively, to bamboo fiber reinforcement, we supply compounds filled with rice husk. Bamboo fibers are improving material properties significantly, rice husk filled materials are sustainable and low in cost. We are able to customize our material on request.
