DO I NEED AN IMPORT LICENCE OR TO BE REGISTERED FOR TAX?

No you don’t. This is a common misconception about importing. If you’re NOT registered for tax: VAT or TOT we would invoice you from our company to Personal name or Business name as required by you.

if you’re importing with you don’t even need Import License. We shall import for you.

Certain products do require specific import permits and these need to be applied for. However if you are our client this is all done for you. You don’t need to worry about any licenses and certifications.

So if you choose us, you can focus on running your core business and don’t have to consume time on paperwork’s and running after different authorities for availing approvals.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY? DO I HAVE TO ORDER OR A FULL CONTAINER?

No, there is no need for you to order a full container.

Generally if you buy full Container Load (FCL), it is very cost effective. Even manufacturers also want to sell a full container load, because importing a smaller shipment is never financially viable.

As we have big customer based and we import shipments BY AIR twice a week and BY SEA 10 container a month. So our client doesn’t have to worry about the shipment size and frequency. No matter they have big or small consignment; it will reach them fast and economically saving approx. 30% to 60% on freight cost.

We have a long business relation with factories in china and they understand our client need and are always ready to co-operate with us and accepts small orders.

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE FOR MY GOODS?

You are free to make the payment as per your convenience. Either you make the payment directly to the factory or if you want to be more secure, you can make the payment in our company in Indian rupees.

When you make payment of goods thru us, you will receive invoices from our company. Initially you just need to pay for the value of goods and balance amount of shipping, handling, gst and duty costs, when good arrives in India.

As we all know now a day it is very easy to find a supplier on a website. But on the other hand it is very hard to rely on the any company thru web and to send thousands of dollars to any unknown entity in China.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE GOODS FROM CHINA?

Once you’ve placed an order, roughly 8-10 weeks. However, the time frame from placing your order to receiving your goods can vary. Here’s a rough guide to help you.

Generally an order takes approximately 2-3 weeks to get manufacture.

By Sea - it will take 3-4 weeks to reach any port in India (Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Cochin etc.)

By Air – it will take 2-3 days to reach any port in India (Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Cochin etc.)

Finally another 1-2 weeks for customs clearance and delivery to your door step.

Over all it take approx. 8-10 weeks for Chennai or Cochin orders. And 9-12 weeks if in Mumbai or Delhi ports.

HOW CAN WE ASURE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF GOODS?

There’s a few ways you can be confident you’ll get the right type of goods you requested.

Normally we carry out quality control on every good we export.

Before placing the order, we block the 3 samples approved & get it stamped from you. Handover one sample to you second is with us and third with factory.

Imp note – It is very important to note down each and every single specifications of your product in detail into your contract with the factory. So the account manager has complete knowledge of your product prior to placing your order.

On chargeable basis, account manager will go and inspect the goods status and position in the factory ill send you complete video and pictures of your product with details required by you.

Finally when shipment is ready to dispatch, if you want we can arrange to send you one sample for your approval before making final delivery, hence it will delay the process for few days.

Having all your specifications prior to making your order eliminates these problems.
