All Natural Pear and Italian Saffron Fruit Jam - Locally sourced in Italy
Product Description
The presence of pieces of fruit makes this Pear and Saffron Extra Jam full-bodied and pleasant to the palate.
We only use local seasonal fruit that has reached perfect ripeness. The variety used is the Etna Coscia Pear, enriched with saffron stigmas.
The recommended combination for this preserve is with mature and semi-mature cheeses, both goat and pecorino.
It is also very good with red and boiled meats. Perfect also formaking delicious pies.
Packaging & Shipping
Our jam is sold in 120g and 240g glass jars.
Products are then sold in boxes of 6 units.
Company Information
The Sciauru Aromi di Sicilia farm was founded in the city of Caltagirone in Sicily Italy in 2017, after a long research period lasting three years.
The passion for local and natural products pushed Dario Elia (an expert agronomist specializing in the enhancement of local products) and his brother Michele to start this new company on our own land which is perfect for cultivating Italian Saffron (Crocus sativus).
