1. What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders? - a:some product can accept small orders. and others should according to the MOQ - b: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), According to the different items have different MOQ.
2. What's the delivery time ? - a: For stock items , after you confirm and make payment , 3~7 days we can delivery - b: For no stock or OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 15~ 60 days .
3.Do you accept payment by paypal ? - Yes, for the small amount we can accept payment by PayPal, Western Union , Secure payment(ESCROWN). - For the bigger amount we can accept T/T by bank,Trade Assurance.
4. What’s your payment terms? - TT, Trade Assurance,Paypal, Western union, Moneygram, - Normal is 100% full payments. OEM order can 50% depoist and the balance pay before shippment.
5.How to arrange delivery ? - If you have agent in china, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent. - If you have no agent in china ,after you confirm the final order, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.
