A: T/T 100% payment in advance. Deposit in advance and balance before delivery is acceptable if you have big order.

A: For regular items without logo, it will take 1~3 working days after payment received. The specific production time depends on
the items and order quantity.

A: Yes, we offer customized service, both OEM and ODM is welcome.
Q6. Can you offer ODM service?
A: Yes, we can produce as your design and technical drawings, or by your samples, please free free to let us know if you have any
idea about design.

A: OEM design: We can provide (customized) samples as your request , customers only need pay the sample cost and the courier
charge. ODM design: We can provide samples, customers need pay sample cost, shipping cost and tooling charge. The tooling charge can be
refunded when you have big order after sample approval.
