Technical Specifications of the machine:

General information:

- The machine is designed to dye every kind of yarn.

- Dyeing process occur by means of vacuum pump with pressured air.

- Dyestuff from dye tanks transmitted by vacuum pump to collectors. Each color has its single dye tank.

- This process is sensitively adjusted by time PLC and solenoid on-off valves.

- Yarn cone will be placed by operator in to the mold. At start position, the dyestuffs pierce by means of special nuzzles into the cone in very short time by vacuum pump and pressured air.

- The cone mold can be changed according to design and size of the cone. (Option)

Dyeing Unit:

- Control by automatic pistons

- Color distribution is supplied by numbers and spaces in sensitively produced mold.

- The combination of dyeing effect can be arranged according to the demands of customer.

- Compressed air vacuum pump supplies the dyestuff pierce into the bobbin rapidly.

- By means of high capacity vacuum pump, the mixture of color is minimum level.

- Printing / dyeing pressure: 0,85 bar

- System temperature: 20 ⁰C

- Vacuum Pump: 4 KW

- Dosage pumps: 0.37 x 6 = 2.22 KW

- Total electric power on machine is 7.5 KW.

- All parts 304 stainless steel materials.

Dye tanks:

- All dye tanks are manufactured by stainless steel material.

- Capacity of each tank 150 liters.

- Special filtering system and level probes in every tank is included.

- Dye tanks have covers to prevent from the surrounding effects.

- There is a conditioner in every tank to adjust the inlet and outlet pressure of air.

Command Panel:

- Easy to use and ergonomic design. In front of the operator with gauges and buttons.

Note: 6 bars compressed dry air needed for operation.

The dyed yarn should then be subjected to finishing processes in accordance with the type. Yarn fixing and conditioning machine, washing machine, hydro extractor, dryer and soft / final winding machines are needed to finish the process.

During multi-color dyeing process; you can use reactive disperse cationic, all types of dyes. About auxiliary chemicals you can use according to quality you want. You can use the dyestuff in standard dyeing process. Only you add a little thickening agent. Our machines dye tanks are 150 liters capacity. According to design you add some dyestuff during the operation. I mean if the design has more red color than blue color. Operator adds to dye tank blue color during operation.

Please consider dyeing in atmospheric conditions, all process is ordinary dyeing process.
