Q1: What is the Warranty for the movement?

A1:  For the movement, we use japan original or swiss original movement,we have 2 years warranty. For battery, we use japan original or swiss original battery, If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is the Warranty for the plating color?

A2: For the PVD plating, if your price based on PVD plating, we have 2 years warranty, if any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

For normal plating, or water plating, we have 6 months warranty, if any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q3:  What is our free service?

A3: we offer free dial design, case back design, gift box design.

Q4: Can you protect my design?

A4: Of course, we will not put your design and product images on our website and will never show it  to our other clients.

Q5:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A5: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door

Q6.Are your watches waterproof?

A6:For the common alloy watches, we can make it proof for raindrops, water splashes, sweat, etc, but you can't wear it to take a shower,swim or dive.

For stainless steel watches, the structure is more precise and sophisticated, we can make it 3ATM, 5ATM or 10ATM.

Q7.Could I do my own logo/build my own brand?

A7:Our professional watch designer will help with your own personalized watch design. Your logo can be on the watch face, case, crown, caseback, strap/belt, buckle/clasp etc as the picture above shows.

Q8:You are a factory or a trading company?

A8:We are a watch manufacturer with 10 years experience. We'd like to make a good cooperation with distributors, retailers, resellers, online sellers, middle agents, brokers, trading company etc.

Q9: What's your MOQ? Can I mix style and colors?

A9: For zinc alloy case watch, MOQ is 500 pieces per model, you can mix 5 colors.

For the stainless steel watch, MOQ is 200 pieces per model, you can mix 2 colors.

Q10: What's your packing?

A10: Our usual packing for watch is with opp bag+bubble bag. if you want to have a gift box, we can customize it for you.
