Payment terms and conditions

Pay-off scheme is a mixed type of payments.

Lumpsum payment composes $ 200,000 for absorbing the exclusive entitlement to use a franchise by a party of the contract within the center of the main interest and/or territory of the admitting state.

Royalty for the use of national and international patents and R&D is from 25% to 65% of net profit and is calculated from the estimated and actual financial result based on the results of operations in a particular economic zone according to the financial statements.

The expected pay-off period of investments in the innovations: the positive index of profitability of 6 months minimum, providing that the increase of economic efficiency indicators in the field of innovation use is stable.
