1:How does your company process quality control? 
Quality is No.1 priority,We pay much attention to the quality check,we have QC for pre-in-after production with full inspection or random inspect against differnet procedure&materials,every single unit is fully assembled and carefully tested before packed for shipment.

2: Where is your company? Can I visit your factory and showroom?

We have trading office and showroom in downtown of Ningbo City with convenient traffic,our factory is in Industrial zone is 1 hour by train from Shanghai, 2 hours by plane from Guangzhou.You are warmly welcome to our company, we will be happy to show you our production, QC, warehouse, and office etc.

3: Can I have samples? Is it free?

Yes, we are happy to offer samples for your evaluation,and we will confirm with you whether it's free sample or not.

4: How long shall I wait for quotation? And samples?

Usually quotes provided within 24 hours after your inquiry,and it take 5-10 day for us to prepare for samples,it might be longer if customized

5: What is your term of delivery?

We accept FOB, CIF,C&F,CIP and EXW etc. Please choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.

6: What about the lead time for mass production?

 About 35 to 55 days. We suggest that you start purchase at least two months ahead of the date you need the goods

7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes, We guarantee 1 year, and usually the goods comes to you with 1 % of F.O.C Spare parts

8: What kind of payment do you accept?

T/T, L/C,or pls negotiate with us through your inquiry,also accept Paypal, Aliexpress, Western Union for small amount.

9: Do you accept OEM/ODM order?
