DOGMA Brewery was founded 

in 2017 in Tyumen

The name of the brewery was born from the principles and beliefs that guide us in creating recipes and in the production process. We follow simple rules that at all times allowed us to brew excellent beer: proven technology, sophisticated tastes, selected malt and hops. We are inspired by experiments, the search for new aromas and flavors.

The goal of any brewer is to give the whole world a drink. Yes, so that he was delighted and asked to "repeat." We began to move towards this goal in 2017, if not the biggest, but fairly confident steps. Now we want to load ourselves and our equipment to the maximum so that as many people as possible have the opportunity to learn the real taste of Dogma.

Why Dogma?

Taste

It's important that we have an author's approach to any classic variety. Before pouring beer into a bottle, we work out the recipe for months, select the ingredients, watch and try. At the moment, we have divided our beer according to taste preferences into conditional 2 lines: "Craft" - we perceive it as a field for experiments. As a concept related to beer, it originated in the United States, it was their home brewers who began experiments with ingredients added to beer, as opposed to industrial beer. "Classics" - beers, historically perceived as dogma.

Idea and style

One of the locomotive values of the Dogma brewery is the desire to create an atmosphere. From a calm, quiet evening to an explosive movement that knocks everything in its path. Our beer is only a pleasant and reliable conductor of emotions. The same style that is always on the lips and with which the premises are filled. That evening, which will then be remembered and told. For all this, we regularly hold presentations of our varieties in institutions, organize excursions, parties and try to carry our atmosphere everywhere.

Quality

You know, there has always been a line between mass production and "living unfiltered from the barrel," at the moment, the brewing industry has gone a step further. Firstly, we are professionals and we know everything about production technology, the stages of fermentation, maturation, bottling and disinfection. There is no magic in our work, no miraculous powders, and we do not boast about the mythical "LIVE" properties of our beer. Properly brewed beer can be stored for a very long time and does not lose its taste.
